Eulmore is a city in Norvrandt. It is the equivalent of Limsa Lominsa on the First.
Eulmore is the Minor City in Shadowbringers (5.0). The main Aetheryte is restricted upon first reaching the area and cannot be attuned to until completion of the level 77 MSQ 
A Feast of Lies.
Following the trend started by Stormblood, Eulmore did not see major changes during the Post-Shadowbringers patches. Rather, the Ishgardian Restoration was added incrementally.

Players can unlock Shadowbringers sightseeing logs by speaking to Eirlalth in The Crystarium (X:9.5, Y:9.7). Players must be a Disciple of War or Disciple of Magic level 70 or higher to obtain credit for these sightseeing logs. Vistas are small blue glowing orbs at which players need to /lookout or use another emote.
