It is the Ninth reflection [ 1] Alexandria . Notably, the bulk of Everkeep including all of Solution Nine is actually no longer on the Ninth , but has been fused with Yyasulani on the Source . The moniker "Unlost World" is bestowed by Wuk Lamat in Through the Gate of Gold Endless ).
The Ninth is enveloped in a never-ending planet-wide thunderstorm with torrential rains resulting in catastrophic flooding. The Everkeep facility was created to serve as a safe haven for Alexandria 's citizens.
