Skysteel Tools
Skysteel Tools are the level 80 relic tools for Shadowbringers first released in Patch 5.25. By crafting or gathering specified items, players can obtain class-specific tools for Disciples of the Hand and Land. These can then be enhanced up to item level 510 Skybuilders' Tools, which have a unique blue dragon scale visual effect, reminiscent of some Dragoon actions.
Crafters will need to equip the relic and craft High Quality items or Collectables. Most steps require a mix of regular materials and Oddly Specific Crafting Materials, which are purchased with 
Purple Crafters' Scrips. Later steps also allow the materials to be bought with 
Skybuilder's Scrips. The final step requires materials gathered from The Diadem. All steps require equipping the relic to perform the necessary crafts.
For players at level 90 or above, most of the crafting relic steps can be trivialized by 
Trained Eye, which automatically fills the quality or collectability bar to maximum, provided the craft is 10 or more levels below the crafter's level. The only step that cannot be trivialized in this way is the final one, as it requires crafting 
Expert Recipes that forbid Trained Eye. However, the stats gained from level 90+ crafting gear can still make the crafts easy to complete with macros.
Botanist and Miner will need gather a large amount of Oddly Specific Crafting Materials, with one item per step appearing normally, and one appearing as a hidden item. The relic does not need to be equipped until the "Augmented Dragonsung" step. For the final step, players will need to gather Collectables.
Fisher will need to catch fish using the special bait item 
Signature Skyball. The relic does not need to be equipped until the "Augmented Dragonsung" step. For the final step, players will need to gather Collectables.
Replicas of completed tools (starting from the "Dragonsung" step, and excluding "Augmented" steps) can be purchased from Denys once players have finished 
The Tools of Tomorrow once, and from Spanner after finishing 
Oddness in the End.

Feature Quests are one-time only. Repeatable Feature Quests must be repeated for each tool the player wishes to obtain.
Obtaining Skysteel Tools
Upon completing the quest Mislaid Plans, players will receive a 
Skysteel Prototype Coffer. Using this item transforms it into a tool corresponding to the user's current class.
Subsequent Skysteel prototype tools can be obtained from Denys in the Skysteel Manufactory (X:8.0 Y:10.0) for 
80,000 gil each.

Enhancing Skysteel Tools
Each Skysteel tool requires a certain number of HQ items to be delivered to Denys in Foundation (x:8.0 Y:10.0) before it can be enhanced. Please note that the items required will vary depending on the tool.
Disciples of the Hand
After completing the quest Mislaid Plans, new recipes for crafting collectables will be added to the Crafting Log. Skysteel tools must be equipped when crafting with these new recipes. The materials for these recipes can be gathered, bought from any Scrip Exchange for Purple Crafters' Scrips, or bought from the Market Board.
- After the first 2 enhancements, materials can also be purchased with Skybuilders' Scrips from Enie in The Firmament.
Skysteel Tools +1 (iLvl 455)
Craft 20 of the first-tier tool-specific recipe and trade them to Denys to complete the first upgrade.
- Each craft requires 1x of an item that can be bought from any Scrip Exchange for 20 Purple Crafters' Scrips, or from the Market Board.
