Pre-Requisite

Before beginning to create your Augmented Resistance Weapon, you must:

Complete Vows of Virtue, Deeds of Cruelty
Complete both Fire in the Forge and Where Eagles Nest
Reach level 80 for your chosen Job as a Disciple of War or Disciple of Magic and have one of the Resistance Weapons in your inventory.

Upon completing these quests, players will receive an Augmented Resistance Weapon based on the job with which they accepted the quest. The first quest is a one time quest and does not need to be repeated.

Speak to Zlatan (x6.1, y4.9) in Gangos with a Resistance Weapon in your inventory.
Speak to Sjeros (x5.5, y5.4) and travel to The Bozjan Southern Front.
Obtain 20 Tortured Memories of the Dying, 20 Sorrowful Memories of the Dying and 20 Harrowing Memories of the Dying as random drops from Skirmishes, Critical Engagements and enemies found in The Bozjan Southern Front or as guaranteed drops from FATEs located in Heavensward areas.
Speak to Zlatan (x6.1, y4.9) in Gangos with a Resistance Weapon in your inventory.

Notes

Although Critical Engagements may not be the fastest way to collect memories of the dying, it's highly recommended that you run Critical Engagements anyway until you reach rank 10, because that's required for one of the later steps. Memories drop from Skirmishes and CEs in the following areas of The Bozjan Southern Front:
