Though its stone structures are weathered and overgrown, the orderly state of the town implies a degree of active preservation by some unknown hand. In the harbor, the forlorn wrecks of outbound ships are a testament to the fearsome reputation Shades' Triangle commands.
Phantom Village is a zone in ???. This area involved in the Occult Crescent questline and becomes available to access when certain quest steps have been fulfilled. (See Below) It serves as a lobby zone for Occult Crescent, similar to Gangos in Save the Queen: Blades of Gunnhildr.
Phantom Village can be accessed by interacting with the aetherial current at High Tide Harbor in Tuliyollal (X:17.5, Y:12.2). The closest aetheryte shard is Wachumeqimeqi.
