Unlost World is a region in ???.
It is the Ninth reflection[1], partially containing the nation of Alexandria. Notably, the bulk of Everkeep including all of Solution Nine is actually no longer on the Ninth, but has been fused with Yyasulani on the Source. The moniker "Unlost World" is bestowed by Wuk Lamat in 
Through the Gate of Gold, who acknowledges it as a domain for Sphene to bring back those who have been lost (i.e. the Endless).
The Ninth is enveloped in a never-ending planet-wide thunderstorm with torrential rains resulting in catastrophic flooding. The Everkeep facility was created to serve as a safe haven for Alexandria's citizens.

- The Ninth appears to be very similar to the world of Gaia from Final Fantasy IX and shares many location names (e.g., Alexandria, Lindblum).
