One-handed Thaumaturge's Arm

One-handed Thaumaturge's Arms are low-level weapons used by 
thaumaturges and 
black mages. They consist of scepters.
Equipping a one-handed weapon allows Thaumaturges and Black Mages to use certain shields. However, past level 50, all weapons for them are two-handed.
