The Sea Swallow Skins are monster parts that cannot be gathered by Miner or Botanist. They can be collected in bulk from sending a combat Retainer on Hunting ventures, or bought in bulk from Gemstone Traders for Bicolor Gemstones.
The Ala Mhigan Salt Crystal is from a timed Unspoiled Node in The Lochs.

Upgrading from Augmented Dragonsung Tools to Skysung Tools is done via gathering of specific items.
- This used to be harder as the items formerly had to be  High Quality, but HQ gathering was removed in patch 6.0.
60 pots of class-specific Highly Viscous Gobbiegoo are required to upgrade each tool.
10 items will give 1 pot of Highly Viscous Gobbiegoo.

In addition, for miner and botanist a "hidden" item (not present on every node) will need to be turned in also.
