The Rising (2015) is a special event that took place from August 27, 2015 to September 7, 2015.
“Thursday, August 27, 2015 marks the second anniversary of FINAL FANTASY XIV! To celebrate this momentous occasion, we'll be holding a special in-game event: The Rising.
Players will have the chance to receive special minions and a number of commemorative items, so don't miss this chance to celebrate two years of adventure in Eorzea!— Event description
Guide
Players start the event by taking the quest A World Away in Ul'dah - Steps of Nald (x10,y10). Talk to Nonora. She asks the player to complete level 9 FATEs named 
Recurring Bugs.
FATE locations:
- Central Thanalan (x18,y16)
- Western Thanalan (x22,y23)
After completing the FATE, return to Nonora then follow the questline to unlock Wind-up Iceheart, Wind-up Yugiri and The Concentration mini-game.
