As winter's chill breeze sweeps across Eorzea, towns the realm over are bedecked with decorations in anticipation of the Starlight Celebration. The festival is a promise of happiness and good cheer to all boys and girls, but missing gifts may rob the children at Frondale's Phrontistery of much-needed merriment. To that end, the Starlight celebrants of Ul'dah seek the aid of any and all who would help deliver joy to these younglings most wanting of smiles.
