Strength is an attribute which affects all damage and healing done by 
Tanks and the Maiming and Striking jobs of 
Lancer/Dragoon, 
Reaper, 
Pugilist/Monk, and 
Samurai. It also affects auto-attack damage dealt by 
Healers and 
Magical Ranged DPS. It has no effect on the Aiming and Scouting DPS jobs.
