On a Clear Day You Can Smell Forever is a stage in The Masked Carnivale for Blue Mage, introduced in patch 4.5 with Stormblood.

Magic will be reflected, so use physical attacks.

Again, use physical attacks. When the Hot Hips spawn, they will all cast a Gaze attack that will 
Stun you, leaving you vulnerable to a Bad Breath attack. To avoid this gaze attack, cast 
Ink Jet at Rebekkah which will reflect the 
Blind status effect onto you, making you invulnerable to gaze-based attacks. Be sure to cleanse this off with 
Exuviation once the Hot Hips complete their attack since your own attacks may miss.
If you do not have Ink Jet, you can avoid the Hot Hips' Gaze attacks by moving to the very edge of the arena, just outside of the electrified zone, and pointing your character directly between two of the Hot Hips, facing outwards. The margin of error for this is small, so it might take a few tries.
At ~75% or whenever she casts Schizocarps, you can Final Sting Combo to quickly win:

Final Sting.
