Breath of Magic is an action unlocked at level 1. It is available for Blue Mage.
Flavor Text
Acquired from a species of crustacean native to the New World, this spell is executed by blending aether of multiple aspects and unleashing it in one fell blast. This has the effect of disrupting the target's aetheric balance, thereby gradually robbing them of vigor.

Requirements: Achieve Blue Mage level 80.
Tips
- In an organized group, designate only one player to use this action, because it does not stack.
- Due to its massive total potency, it should be used under
Moon Flute, 
Bristle, and 
Tincture of Intelligence, which will snapshot the buffed damage-over-time. - This action is similar to
Mortal Flame. A different person should be designated to use that spell, which only needs to be applied at the start of the encounter.
