A healer of Fanow, eighty-three-year-old Cymet is possessed of an unhurried personality that belies her responsible nature. Indeed, she takes it upon herself to rebuke the ofttimes heedless Uimet in place of their older sister. Although not dissatisfied with life in the wood, she is extremely curious about the world beyond, and when out on patrol likes to steal a moment to watch—and lately, even speak with—merchants bringing in their wares.
In Norvrandt, Ronkan creations such as the amaro have become commonplace, as have the descendants of the Viis who left their ancestral home long ago. This has prompted Cymet to wonder if there are more paths for those of her village. Whatever the future may hold for her, however, one thing is certain: she means to sample coffee biscuits at the earliest opportunity.
