Battle Voice is an action unlocked by questing at level 50. It is available for Bard.

History

Patch 7.0 (2024-07-02): Effect duration has been increased from 15 to 20 seconds.
Patch 6.4 (2023-05-23): Effect radius has been increased from 20 to 30 yalms.
Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12): No longer requires the effect of Mage's Ballad, Army's Paeon, or the Wanderer's Minuet to be active.
Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07):
- Duration has been decreased from 20s to 15s.
- Recast timer has been decreased from 180s to 120s.
- Effect now also applies to the bard who casted it.
Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02): Effect potency has been increased from 15% to 20%.
Patch 4.01 (2017-07-03):
- Fixed an issue wherein action had no effect when used immediately after Mage’s Ballad, Army’s Paeon, or the Wanderer’s Minuet.
- Party members are no longer required to be under the effects of a song to receive the effects of Battle Voice.
Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20): The effect "doubles effectiveness of songs on party members and enemies" has been changed to "increases direct hit rate of all party members under the effect of your songs by 15%".
Patch 3.3 (2016-06-07): Recast time has been reduced from 300 to 180 seconds.
