A Raen of forty-eight summers, Tsukikage is responsible for overseeing the Confederacy's treasury. Although reluctant to speak of his past, his arithmetical and literary talents betoken an extensive education-the fruits of which he puts to work in his present employment. Efficient and diligent, Tsukikage is also known for the consideration he shows towards his subordinates, Suzume and Hansaku.
