General information
Guild
The Gladiators' Guild is in Ul'dah - Steps of Thal. Gladiators must specialize into paladin once they reach level 10. The job trainer is Jenlyns, who is normally found on The Royal Promenade in the Hustings Strip (X:10.7, Y:11.1). The Hustings Strip, which is a second floor of the Steps of Thal, is accessed via staircases off of the Gold Court. There is an Aethernet Shard for the The Royal Promenade there, as well.
Equipment
The paladin is a disciple of war and wears armor and accessories "of Fending." They use swords as weapons and shields for both offense and defense.

Combos
Job mechanics

Upon learning Oath Mastery at level 20, the Oath Gauge will appear. Your Oath grows every time your basic attack lands. Oath can be used to execute powerful actions such as Holy Circle, which deals magical damage. Upon learning Oath Mastery, successful Blood and Bone and Rift Slash will grant Oath. Additionally, taking hits when Sentinel is active also grants Oath.
