• Patch 7.0 (2024-07-02): Potency has been reduced from 100 to 80.
• Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07):
  • Effect changed from "Deals ice damage to all nearby enemies." to "Deals ice damage to target and all enemies nearby it."
  • Range has been increased from 0 to 25 yalms.
  • Potency has been changed from 50 to 100.
