He uses a variety of abilities, he can attack with Heavy Swing, Skull Sunder and Overpower but can also use Fracture, giving the player a 17 second DoT. He can also buff himself with Bloodbath and Foresight.

Trivia
Interestingly enough, the Overpower that the Drowned Seaman 1st Class uses is the same as the one Marauder/Warrior uses, that being an AoE around him. While most other enemies from this time period still casts it as a cone, what Overpower originally was.
