Aetheryte Earring is an item level 290 earrings and can be used by Disciples of War and Disciples of Magic. It requires being at least level 1 to be equipped.

- The bonus also applies if the character is level-synced to 70 or below, and will stack with the effects of other EXP-boosting gear (e.g. Neophyte's Ring) if their requirements are met.
