Additional Information
Summoning the minion and speaking with the Crystal Exarch in The Ocular before Patch 5.1 and Patch 5.2's MSQ will give special dialog. Additionally, more dialog is available by speaking with G'raha Tia in The Rising Stones just after Patch 5.3's MSQ. Finally, there is also a conversation with Rammbroes at Saint Coinach's Find in Mor Dhona about the minion.

Speak to, and show a minion to Crystal Exarch before Patch 5.1 or Patch 5.2's MSQ in The Ocular inside The Crystal Tower
Crystal Exarch: Wh-What in the world is this? Crystal Exarch: A gift from Tataru, you say? A mammet inspired by a certain Archon, created to fund the expedition to the Syrcus Trench... Crystal Exarch: Passing strange... I never had the pleasure of meeting Tataru. That being the case, I can only assume the idea for the subject matter came from another. Crystal Exarch: Could it have been Master Galuf? Or Krile, perhaps? No, wait─Rammbroes! It must be Rammbroes! Crystal Exarch: Behind his somber countenance there hides a playful streak. I can fair see him grinning as he imagines how I would react should I stumble into this mammet sometime in the future... Crystal Exarch: If truth be told, I know not how to feel when I behold it. But if nothing else, it tells me that they are well. Rammbroes and everyone. And for that I am glad.

Rammbroes: After giving much thought to the strange voice which beckoned to you, and its connection to the Crystal Tower, I believe I have at last discerned the identity of this otherworldly caller. Rammbroes: In hindsight it was quite simple, really. Rammbroes: I believe you are in possession of a clockwork figure crafted in his likeness. Should you happen to cross paths again, would you show it to him? I imagine he would enjoy it very much.
