Tipsy Sylph
Tipsy Sylph is a Sylph in East Shroud. They are encountered during the Sylph Daily Quest Milkroot in Moderation. The player needs to lower the HP of the Tipsy Sylph before applying Spring Water to them. They attack with Thunder and occasionally will cast Paralyze, which give the main target Paralysis, and Shock Spikes, reflecting elemental lightning damage to attackers.
On occasion the Tipsy Sylph will do a Cry Emote.
