Walkthrough

You should have received the  200 Storm Seals you need to buy the   Storm Chocobo Issuance from Till Sea Swallows All. However, if you spent them already, then they can quickly be earned by completing a few FATEs, doing a couple Grand Company Guildleves, or running Duty Roulette: Leveling as the "adventurer in need."

Steps

• Present a Storm Chocobo Issuance to Fraegeim.
• Name your chocobo.
• Speak with Fraegeim.
