  • EW.png Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07):
    • Now grants 3 stacks of Delirium, each stack allowing the execution of Quietus or Bloodspiller without Blackblood cost, restoring MP when landing either weaponskill.
    • Duration has been increased from 10 to 15 seconds.
    • Recast time has been decreased from 90 to 60 seconds.
  • SHB.png Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02):
    • Now acquired at level 68 (previously level 62).
    • Recast time has been increased from 80 to 90 seconds.
    • Blood Gauge cost has been removed.
  • SB.png Patch 4.2 (2018-01-30): Recast time has been reduced from 120 to 80 seconds.
  • SB.png Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20):
    • Now acquired at level 62 (previously 50).
    • Now an ability on a 120 second cooldown and no longer deals damage.
    • Extends Blood Weapon and Blood Price effects by 8s and 16s, respectively.
    • Activation requirement changed to Blood Gauge Cost: 50.
