Decimate

Decimate is an action unlocked by questing at level 60. It is available for Warrior.

Steel Cyclone Mastery (Lv. 60) - Upgrades Steel Cyclone to Decimate.
Enhanced Infuriate (Lv. 66) - Reduces Infuriate recast time by 5 seconds upon landing Inner Beast, Steel Cyclone, Fell Cleave, or Decimate on most targets.
Nascent Chaos (Lv. 72) - Infuriate grants the effect of Nascent Chaos, upgrading Decimate to Chaotic Cyclone when the Beast Gauge is 50 or greater. Upon reaching level 80, Nascent Chaos will also upgrade Fell Cleave to Inner Chaos.
Enhanced Inner Release (Lv. 96) - Grants a stack of Burgeoning Fury upon landing Fell Cleave or Decimate while under the effect of Inner Release.

Patch 7.0 (2024-07-02):
- Potency has been reduced from 200 to 180.
- Now also requires Beast Gauge to be 50 or greater to change to Chaotic Cyclone.
Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07): Potency changed from 250 to 200.
Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02):
- Potency has been reduced from 280 to 250.
- The effect "changes to Steel Cyclone while under the effect of
Defiance" has been removed. - The effect "changes to Chaotic Cyclone while under the effect of Nascent Chaos" has been added.
- No longer requires the effect of
Deliverance.
Patch 4.1 (2017-10-10): Now replaces Steel Cyclone when using Deliverance. As such, it can no longer be set to the hotbar.- Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20): Activation requirement changed from Uncontrolled to Beast Gauge Cost: 50.
