Acquisition Tips

Recommended to learn from the level 59 Zu enemies in the Sea of Clouds. This attack doesn't have a visible cast bar. You will know that the monster already used it because you will have a debuff called Windburn.

Other Tips

This action is blue mage's most reliable "filler" spell due to its range and short cast time, allowing one ability to be weaved afterwards.
