When the head priests of the Night's Blessed were slain in a sin eater attack two years ago, the group's younger members were forced to take up their mantles. This Ronso of thirty summers counts himself among the new leadership, and tends to a wide range of duties from the secular to the spiritual. Although the road to recovery was not an easy one, he and his fellows were greatly bolstered by the presence of Y'shtola, who helped them through many a trial with her skill and wisdom. Runar holds the sorceress in the highest esteem, and while dreaming of the day they meet again, he continues working tirelessly to fulfill his responsibilities, thinking of his beloved "Master Matoya" with every dish he cooks and every room he cleans.
