Notes

This is based on one of the Grand Prize winners for the Summoner category of the 2022 Weapon Design Contest. The design was made by リザレク残してくれてありがとう (Rizareku nokoshite kurete arigatō, or "Thank you for saving your Resurrect"), and the original submission was titled エンカウンターリリーグリモア (Encounter Lily Grimoire).
