White Shift Effect: Creates a barrier around self that absorbs damage equivalent to a heal of 6,000 potency.

Additional Effect: Barrier potency is increased by 10% when target is afflicted with Monomachy
Black Shift Effect: Damage over time
Potency: 3,000

Enchanted Riposte (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Red Mage.
History
Patch 6.4 (2023-05-23): The additional effect "Barrier potency is increased by 10% when target is afflicted with Monomachy" has been added.- Patch 6.11 (2022-04-25): Damage over time potency while under the effect of Black Shift has been reduced from 4,000 to 3,000.
- Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12):
- Potency has been increased from 1,600 to 6,000.
- Balance Gauge cost has been removed.
- Recast time has been increased from 1.5 to 20 seconds.
- White Shift effect "Creates a barrier around self that absorbs damage equivalent to a heal of 6,000 potency" has been added.
- Black Shift effect "Damage over time" has been added.
- Can now be assigned to a hotbar.
- Action now changes to Enchanted Zwerchhau upon execution.
Patch 5.1 (2019-10-29): Balance Gauge cost has been reduced from 75 to 50 Black Mana and White Mana.- Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02): Potency has been reduced from 1,750 to 1,600.
