This stern-faced Hyur of some fifty years of age is a refugee from Doma, where he owned one of the most prestigious restaurants in the land. A man set in his ways, he abhors Eorzean cuisine, which he considers too oily for his refined Eastern palate. He holds adventurers in similarly low esteem, considering them to be little more than muscle-bound vagrants.
