Notes

• Spread allowed the astrologian to "hold" the card that was drawn. Spread could then be executed again to play the card.
  • Astrologians would frequently hold The Balance if neither The Ewer nor The Spire were drawn for Royal Road, which allowed the next card drawn to be AoE (at half potency, however). This would have allowed The Balance's damage-boosting effects to extend to all nearby party members.
• Astrologians could still Draw cards that were held by Spread.
• An effective strategy when loading into a duty was to prepare a card-combo while waiting for players to load in or finish cutscenes. This would allow for the astrologian to increase the party's damage done, or reduce damage taken by the party or tank upon beginning an encounter.
