It is highly recommended to have a full party (at least) to do this FATE due to the boss's HP.

Tarasque periodically performs Dragon Stomp, a huge AoE. This is actually a proximity attack, meaning it will deal less damage to players that are further away when it goes off. For players standing within melee range, the damage can be lethal - so it's recommended to run to the edges of the arena to mitigate the damage.

Tarasque is also vulnerable to Stun, and stunning will cancel the move - but the boss will often use it again right after. It may be possible to unsync right before the stomp hits, or have an unsynced shield healer shielding others before it goes off. If a Blue Mage with Perpetual Ray is present, then it is possible to keep Tarasque in an endless stun loop as it attempts to recast the spell.
