Lore

"Well, what do you know? It really can fly like an airship!"

This seventy-four-year-old professor of archaeology at the Studium is more than deserving of retirement given her age and accomplishments. Her myriad recent achievements, however, have helped her to retain a prominent position among her peers. Rurusha's capricious nature extends to her research—rather than concentrate efforts on a single region or period, she selects topics of study based on what interests her at any given time. For this reason, no one is ever entirely certain what her work entails, making her excessive expenditures all the more concerning. Her latest research endeavor—restoration of an ancient translation device she named the Golden Dhyata—was met with disapproval at the onset for this very reason.
