Ihanashi Bakuro is a Hyur found in The Doman Enclave. He was first introduced during Patch 4.3, following the conclusion of the Stormblood expansion, as a member of The Confederacy. His involvement in a handful of quests eventually results in his departure from the pirate organization, with the blessing of its leader, Rasho. He may later be found in the Doman Enclave, near the Enclave Barracks, once certain requirements are met.

“"Well, let's just say I'm not a pirate anymore. I'm going to live in Doma with my father. We're free!"
A boy of seventeen summers, Ihanashi left the Doman Enclave to join the pirates of the Ruby Sea when his father--his only living relative--was conscripted by the imperial army. As fortune would have it, however, his father was released during a recent prisoner exchange, and Rasho permitted the young Hyur to break ties with the Confederacy and return to Doma.
