Hungry Snipper is a Megalocrab in Western La Noscea. The Hungry Snipper appears in the Sahagin Daily Quest A Quick Snip. After slaying 2 Moonshade Pugil and obtaining their Fresh Pugil Flesh, the player needs to interact with the Crab Burrow with the Fresh Pugil Flesh to spawn the Hungry Snipper.
The Hungry Snipper does Bubble Shower, a conal AoE at the front.
