This FATE may fail to spawn because it appears in the same location as 
Economic Peril. If this occurs, the FATE chain will reset, starting again from Creeping Nightshade. Users also report a scenario where the NPCs go west upon victory, rather than east towards the location of the next FATE in the chain.
