Qerasaf was a jovial fellow of twenty-four summers who grew up in Palaka's Stand with Mehvan, his childhood friend and the love of his life. The two were blessed with a baby girl, and while they deserved many happy years together, the Final Days afforded no such kindness. He was mortally wounded while searching for Mehvan and their daughter, who would be the family's sole survivor. When peace returned to Thaynair, funeral rites were held in the couple's honor at Palaka's Stand, their friends and neighbors sending them off with tearful goodbyes.
