Named with a traditional word for "guardian," this village is where the stewards of the jungle's shrines and tombs reside. It was originally populated solely by its Arkasodara architects, but as with most places on the island, the inhabitants now include descendants of the mainland settlers.

Palaka's Stand is an area in Thavnair. It is the location of a settlement that shares the same name.

Addition Information

• Like much of Thavnair, the settlement is under the protection of Radz-at-han's Radiant Host, and it is home to a mixture of Aksodara, Au Ra, and Hyur.
• Fretful Arkasodara: Palaka's Stand has long been a place where the stewards of the shrines and tombs resided. That's to say, we've been focused mainly on meeting the needs of the departed, not the living.

• The Sharp-eyed Radiant can be found here at [x:29.8, y:17.2], which gives the player access to the Endwalker equivalent of Stone, Sky, Sea called The Burning Field.
• A Hyuran Mender can be found here at [x:30, y:16]
• An Aksodara Junkmonger can be found here at [x:29.4, y:17.1]
• A Chocobokeep is also located at [x:30.1, y:17.2], connecting to Yedlihmad (1 minute/60 gil), The Great Work (1 minute/60 gil), and Radz-at-Han (1 minute/30 gil) assuming the player has those stations unlocked.
