Occult Comet is an action unlocked at level 2. It is available for Phantom Time Mage.

Notes

• Due to its long cast time, this action is best used on a Disciple of Magic under   Swiftcast. Will also be instant cast under   Triplecast or   Dualcast.
• On paladin, this spell will also be instant cast under   Imperator but will consume a stack of Requiescat. It is still a potency gain even though it causes one holy blade combo action to fall outside Requiescat.
