Romeo's Ballad is an action unlocked at level 2. It is available for Phantom Bard.

Notes

• Increased phantom EXP only applies to chainable overworld enemies, not EXP earned from FATEs or Critical Engagements.
• The time freeze effect of this action has two specific uses in The Forked Tower: Blood:
  • Freezing the Tower Idols during the pronged passage (bridges) encounter, thus stopping their Ancient Aero III attack which will otherwise wipe the raid. It is important that all six idols in the group are allowed to start casting this attack before they are frozen, or the interrupt will fail.
  • Freezing the Ice Sprites during the Marble Dragon encounter to prevent them from reaching the boss, which will cause its next attack to wipe the raid. If the party's DPS is sufficiently high, this is not strictly necessary.
