Additional Information
At the end of 
Wizened Testimony, Nashu says she thinks this is Hildibrand's shard from the Ninth. If he was the same age as Hildibrand originally, but spent the 30 years trapped inside the dome, that would make him 53 years old.
Hardiboiled adopts a much more serious demeanor than Hildibrand due to a previous accident in which his assistant was killed by a criminal.
He has a dependency on hard-boiled eggs. He also has a morbid fear of oglops, a type of insect with a skull face.
