Description
Owing to an inexplicable phenomenon, the scales of this copperfish have taken on the lustrous sheen of a looking glass. The light that it reflects serves to blind nearby creatures, be they predators or rivals for food.

Use 
Rest, then 
Chum, on any ! or !! fish, then recast. Repeat until getting a !!! bite, which will be Glimmerscale.
At higher levels, it is recommended to look for a 
Copperfish hooking any ! fish. Once you catch one, use 
Surface Slap and Chum. Then, as stated above, use Rest and Chum on any ! or !! fish. Recast and repeat the last step until you get your !!! bite.
