Though Famfrit was originally a menace only to those exploring the Ridorana Lighthouse, the IVth Legion onmyoji Yamatsumi transformed into a nearly identical creature after succumbing to the influence of auracite. Such fragments transform their bearer into a form which aligns with their heart's most earnest desire, so it stands to reason that those with the same wish may be changed in a similar fashion—yet the question remains as how two identical desires would manifest in two different people. One theory suggests that Gilbrisbert the Puppetmaster fabricated a particular desire in Yamatsumi's mind before presenting the onmyoji with auracite to serve his own twisted ends.
