Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02): The effect "Allows for Blood Gauge accumulation while under the effect of Blood Weapon or Blood Price" has been changed to "Allows for Blood Gauge accumulation upon the landing of any weaponskill or spell while under the effect of Blood Weapon."
