Umbral Attenuation Effect: Increases damage taken from water-, earth-, and ice-aspected attacks by 5%

Condensed Libra is an action unlocked at level 1. It is available for Blue Mage.
Flavor Text
Invented by complete accident whilst a master mechanic attempted to manufacture an automaton that might monitor his lover's suspected illicit activities, and now a staple mechanism of mechanoscribes, Condensed Libra allows for the rapid analysis and amplification of a foe's weaknesses.

Tips
Acquisition Tips
Mechanoscribes are found right before the final boss in The Great Gubal Library (Hard). Several spawn here; more spawn as additional enemies are killed, so don't leave if you don't learn it off the initial spawns. 
Magic Hammer can also be learned from Apanda directly outside from the final boss.
Other Tips
- This can be especially helpful during certain Masked Carnivale battles.
- In group content, this spell is less useful due to spell slot restrictions and being out-classed by newer spells.
