1000 Needles is an action unlocked at level 1. It is available for Blue Mage.
Flavor Text
Highly famed─and feared─due to its frequent use by cactuars, 1000 Needles showers one's surroundings with a hail of slim projectiles. Despite their magical nature, the velocity at which the blue mage's pseudo-spines are propelled ensures that they are quite as painful as the real thing.

Acquisition Tips
Sabotender Bailaors are found immediately south from Little Ala Mhigo in Southern Thanalan and cast 1000 Needles frequently.
- Low level Blue Mages can bring a Sabotender Bailaor to a level 35 Brass Blade at the Southwestern entrance to Little Ala Mhigo (x:16,y:15) for assistance, if needed.
Other Tips
- This spell will always do 1000 damage, regardless of the caster's gear or level. It is the preferred spell for early levelling Blue Mage as a result.
