Tool Time for the Hand is an achievement.
Notes
Earning this achievement, in addition to completing the level 50 crafter quests, will unlock the following items for purchase at Calamity Salvager NPCs:
Ullikummi Lucis (complete 
Saving Captain Gairhard)
Vulcan Lucis (complete Waiting in the Winglet)
Kurdalegon Lucis (complete Rivalry and Respect)
Urcaguary Lucis (complete Jaded)
Pinga Lucis (complete Accept No Imitations)
Clotho Lucis (complete A Miner Reborn)
Paracelsus Lucis (complete Momentary Miracle)
Chantico Lucis (complete Revenge of the Chefsbane)
Due to this, only one of the crafter Lucis tools needs to be obtained through the intended upgrade process. After that, the remaining tools can be bought from the salvager, skipping the upgrade process.
