A carpenter of forty-five years who lives in the Ala Mhigan Quarter, Tibost had borne witness to countless atrocities committed under imperial rule. Stoked by the euphoria of victory, the Highlander’s seething hatred for the Empire boiled over, and his was amongst the loudest voices demanding Fordola’s head. After being saved at the council of representatives, however, he underwent a change of heart, deciding to focus his energies instead on revitalizing local industry.
