The Everliving Bibliotaph
“This hulking soulkin mammet was created to guard the library’s forbidden section. Embodying an arcane tome with voidsent sealed within its pages, it imitates a living will to forge a pact with the creatures, which are unleashed upon trespassers. By way of a safety measure, should the Bibliotaph’s aetherial core become spent and it cease to function, the voidsent are automatically released from the pact and returned to their realm.
