Gameplay

• Meisui is used to dispel Shadow Walker, ideally granted from Suiton after Ten Chi Jin. At level 92 or higher, Huton may also be executed through Ten Chi Jin if a Doton was not already placed; Huton must otherwise be executed twice in total in every even-minute burst (with Dokumori available) – once for Kunai's Bane, and once for Meisui.
• In AoE, dispelling Shadow Walker from Huton for 50 Ninki will do more damage than Katon, because Hellfrog Medium and Deathfrog Medium are both abilities which can be weaved in between weaponskills or spells, resulting in more damage within the same global cooldown – being 350 potency for the former, and 490 for the latter within one GCD.
• Meisui boosts the potencies of Zesho Meppo and Bhavacakra by the same amount; there is no preferred ability to spend Meisui with. If under the effect of Meisui however, Zesho Meppo will deal more damage than Deathfrog Medium on only two targets.

History

• Patch 7.0 (2024-07-02):
  • The effect "Dispels Suiton, increasing the Ninki Gauge by 50" has been changed to "Dispels Shadow Walker, increasing the Ninki Gauge by 50."
  • The additional effect "Increases the potency of Bhavacakra to 500" has been changed to "Increases the potency of Zesho Meppo to 700 and Bhavacakra to 530."
    • Bhavacakra potency is still 500 prior to learning Melee Mastery III at Lv. 94.
    • Zesho Meppo is learned at Lv. 96.
  • The requirement for execution has been changed from "while under the effect of Suiton" to "while under the effect of Shadow Walker."
• Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07): Added "Additional Effect: Increases the potency of Bhavacakra to 500" with a duration of 30 seconds" upon learning the Enhanced Meisui trait.
